Shooting Sports
Ag Leadership 4-H offers the following disciplines: Archery, Shotgun, and Rifle/Pistol. The main contact is Travis Bland, travis.bland@dfamilk.com.
- Archery meets on the second Sunday afternoon of the month at 2:00 p.m. at the North Texas Fair Ground. The coach is btalley@teamlandmark.com.
- Shotgun meets on the third Sunday afternoon of the month at 2:30 p.m. at the Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds (near Decatur). The coach is travis.bland@dfamilk.com.
- Rifle/Pistol meets on the fourth Sunday afternoon of the month at the Fossil Pointe Sporting Grounds (near Decatur) at 2:30 p.m. The coach is ldauvenshine@gmail.com.
Sanger 4-H has a safety and first shot course on 9/14 3-6 pm and 9/15 3-6 pm at Fossile Pointe Gun Range in Decatur. The cost is $10, you must attend on the 14th to come on the 15th.
